meet the artist

My name is Sandro Mark, my studio is located in the middle of the Tyrolean Alps. You can see from the pictures of my work that taxidermy is not just a job for me, it is a passion for my life. In my early age, everything in my life revolved around hunting trophies, I completed my profession exam as a taxidermist in Austria and immediately afterwards I gained experience in several taxidermy studios around the world. Especially the time in America in particular broadened my horizons and I quickly learned that there are no limits in this profession. I was able to work on outstanding trophy rooms and gained an eye for the right presentation of life-size mounts. I was also influenced by South Africa, in addition to safaris and some hunts, I learned a lot about mold making and anatomy and was able to prove myself on all African game species. I offer all this to my local and international customers here in Austria.
